Aine Thank You Box Selection
Saying ‘Thank You’ is sometimes just not enough! A box of twelve heavenly hand made chocolates; a bag of truffles filled with gorgeous stuff; 100g of creamy smooth milk chocolate and delightfully dark chocolate; two bags of broken chocolate; two 50g bars, one bag of buttons and two Hot Chocolate Swirl Sticks.
Delivery will generally be within 3 working days. In some instances, we may require up to five working days for the delivery of all goods. Please allow a three week lead time for personalised boxes.
We do not seek to make any money from our delivery charge; nor do we hide the delivery charge in our prices. We will simply charge you the cost of delivery to you. Delivery is based on weight and on location, nationally and internationally.
Occasionally, despite our best efforts, a product you have ordered may become unavailable. Should this happen we will contact you to suggest a product of equal or better quality at no extra cost to you.
If your product does not arrive in a reasonable condition, please notify us as soon as possible and we will arrange shipping back to ourselves at our expense. We will also replace all damaged items free of charge.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
- Title in all Goods sold or supplied by Aine's Chocolates Ltd. does not pass to the Buyer until paid for in full.
- All products are offered subject to availability and in the event of a product being unavailable we will substitute the item with something of equal or greater value.
- We use a postal delivery service which cannot guarantee a time or day of delivery. If your unable to take delivery of the goods, a card will be left and you will have to collect the item at your local postal collection depot.
- Aine's Chocolates Ltd reserve the right to change prices and availability without notice.
- We endeavour to ensure all the information on the website is correct but do not accept liability arising from errors.
- You must inform us of any problem by e-mail at email@example.com.
- We do not accept any liability for any errors arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
- It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to check with their local customs and excise regulations.
- Any complaints will be acknowledged and we will endeavour to resolve any issue within 5 workings days.
