The Merry Mill

The Merry Mill are the only Irish family growing, harvesting and milling organic Gluten Free Oats. Their homegrown oats and flour are milled with love and care by them on their home farm in Merrymount, Vicarstown, Co. Laois.
On their home farm they control the whole process from farm to bag. This is to ensure their Oats are 100% ORGANIC GLUTEN FREE OATS.

They keep their own seed to grow each year. The fields are walked four times during the growing season to check for any rogue grains.

They have their own combine harvester to harvest, it is used on no other grain. The oats are milled in their micro-mill and they bag the oats by hand on site. This way they can ensure no other gluten containing grains contaminate the products.

The gluten free standard in Ireland is 20 parts per million. Merry Mills oats test below 5 parts per million, this is the lowest a laboratory can test.

Oats are naturally gluten free so nothing has been removed from them. All they have done is prevented gluten from spoiling them.
