Graham's Mustard

Graham’s Mustard is situated in the heart of the Boyne Valley near Slane, Co. Meath. Working with a fantastic hardworking and dedicated team, which includes their mother, Geraldine. They first began messing around in the kitchen trying to recreate a wholegrain mustard that their Grandmother used to make.  They got such a good response from everybody that they decided to take it to the local market.

It was from these humble beginnings that they began to grow and expand the range. It started with a classic Dijon Mustard. Inspired by a trip to Dijon in France they wanted a Dijon with attitude. A true Dijon mustard is supposed to make you sit up in your seat and pay attention and not merely make a passing suggestion.

With Graham’s Mustard Horseradish Sauce, they wanted to bring something unapologetic.  Something for the people who truly love these condiments. It was with this in mind that they settled on a recipe that is absolutely full of grated horseradish.
