Shipping Policy

Age Restriction 

You must be over the age of 18 when purchasing products from our website – couriers and delivery drivers reserve the right to check a valid ID to ensure the receiver of products from Stillgarden Distillery is over the age of 18.

There is always an element of risk in sending alcohol overseas,  customers should be aware that there may be possibilities of customs charges or seizures when sending goods to certain countries. In the event of such charges or seizures, Stillgarden Distillery will not be responsible for the payment of these extra customs charges. 

We label packages to minimise any charges or seizures but in some cases, they may be unavoidable. If you have any concerns regarding shipping to your country then we recommend contacting us first before placing an order.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Stillgarden Distillery, Goldenbridge Estate, Tyrconnell Rd, Inchicore, Dublin 8, D08 EWK2

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy


We really hope you enjoy your experience with us, if you are dissatisfied please contact us and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue you have. 

We operate a 14-day refund policy. You have 14 days from the purchase of a ticket/product to notify us of your refund request. We will require proof of full payment and all goods must be returned at your own cost in the condition they were sent.

For orders of your own spirit recipe, we cannot offer a refund, however, if you cancel before we start the distilling process we will be able to accommodate you.

Gift vouchers do not expire and are non-refundable.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@stillgardendistillery.com we will require proof of damaged item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not refund courier costs.

In the event you have to cancel a booking for one of our experiences, we would ask for 48 hours notice, if we are notified before the 48hr notice you will be offered a refund or you can reschedule for a later date. If we are notified after the 48hr notice we can reschedule but it will be subject to a rebooking charge per person of €25 for our Distilling Academy & Gin School experience and €10 for all other experiences, this is to cover staff costs and any other costs incurred. 

In the event you are eligible for a refund you generally receive the refund within 5 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policy.
