Description
Bladderwrack is rich in iodine, calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, sulfur, silicon, iron and high in some B-complex vitamins. It contains moderate amounts of phosphorus, selenium, manganese, zinc and small amounts of vitamins A, C, E and G. It also contains anti-sterility vitamin S as well as vitamin K. It is rich in algin, mannitol, carotene and zeaxantin with traces of bromine.
Irish Moss is raw, vegan, gluten-free and non-GMO. It is rich in sulphur compounds, protein, calcium, iodine, bromine, iron, selenium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, manganese, pectin, other piece salts, vitamins A, C, D, E, K, vitamins B1 and B2. It is one of the few vegetarian sources of B12.
